WARRANTY

All items are sold as new and have the full manfacturers' warranty.

SHIPPING

Items in stock are shipped within 1 business day. All other items should be delivered within 3 weeks. If an item is placed on backorder from the factory, we will notify you by e-mail of the expected backorder delay. Cancellations on special order items will have a 15% charge. Once order is shipped, there is no refund on shipping charges. Oversized items will have additional shipping charges.

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy from the date we ship. This covers trolling motors, trolling motor parts (excluding electrical parts), fish finders and accessories.

There is a no return policy on electrical parts, special ordered items, items under $20 (excluding shipping charges), software, electronic mapping chips, and international orders.

To return an item, call 800-944-9446 to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. All returned items must be new, unused, in original unopened packaging. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded. Used items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs in returning merchandise. Be sure your return shipping method is track-able.

We cannot accept returns over 30 days old.

Do not accept open or damaged packages. If you do, be sure the delivery person notes the damaged condition of the package's exterior and any damage that may have occurred to the inner contents. Be sure to retain all packaging for inspection by the delivery company. Call the delivery company to advise them of the damaged goods, then call us at 800-944-9446 in case we need to work with the delivery company to help in processing a claim for your merchandise.

Once we have been notified, any damaged items will either be replaced or repaired. Items requiring service may need to be shipped to the manufacturer.
