A trolling motor is really only as good as its mount because if the mount doesn’t do its job properly during both run and stow positions, your trolling motor won’t be around for long…literally. And nobody builds a better mount than MotorGuide. Nobody.

MotorGuide mounts are where function meets fashion. They provide a rock-steady foundation, while looking muscular and fit, not big and bulky. We don’t need big and bulky with our smaller, lighter lower units than those found on competitive models. MotorGuide mounts are built to hold our motors right where they’re supposed to be, whether pounding through rough water or holding you on high-thrust in a tailrace.

Our legendary Gator mounts are the standards by which all others are measured. It’s the one that made 36-volt, super-high thrust trolling motors a reality.
